I know that the Liberal parties in Quebec and BC are not considered "liberal" parties by many people on the left.  In BC they are a coalition of the centre right and right.  In Quebec they are the federalist coalition.  If one takes those two parties out of the mix, the Liberals have 352 seats in the country.
